HOW DOES ONE BECOME A MEMBER?
There is no membership fee. However you would have to shop for a minimum of Rs.299 in order to enroll in the program. Fill the registration form, available at all Doorstepp outlets or download from the link to enroll in the program.
How does one earn Points?
To collect points for a transaction in-store, your DS CLUB Card number or your customer ID number must be provided at the checkout. To collect points on purchases made through our website www.Doorstepp.in you will be required to quote your DS CLUB number while making an order.
How many points does one earn?
You earn points on all purchases @ 1 Point for every Rs.125 spent. However you earn @ 2 points for every Rs.125 spent on Doorstepp brands.
What is the value of a point?
You get a value of Rs.1 for each point. For example you have 100 points , you can buy any brand goods worth rs 100 FREE.
When can one redeem points?
You can redeem the points at any of our stores. You need to inform at the checkout about redemption before the cashier makes your bill. You may start redeeming points after accumulating a minimum of 20 points (i.e. after purchasing products worth Rs 1,000) within a period of twelve months. You can redeem your points after earning them or accumulate them for future redemption. Points are always redeemed in multiples of 5, directly for products or as part payment. To redeem points, the member who signed the enrolment form will have to come in person and show the DS CLUB Card.
What is the life of one point?
The points earned by you are valid for LIFETIME. We believe anything that you have earned, you should have liberty to decide when to spend.
What happens if I’m not carrying my card at the time of shopping?
Even if you have forgotten your card at home, you can get the bill entry loaded in your account if you remember your card number or customer id. Even if you don’t, you can get it loaded later on presentation of your bill.
What is the validity of the card?
LIFE-LONG...The CLUB card is a life-long card and will be automatically renewed every two years if the renewal criterion as laid down by the program is met. The renewal criterion is currently fixed at minimum 20 points in 12 months.
When are my points updated / reflected in my account?
The points are updated within 24 hours from the time of yourpurchase. For example if you have done shopping on Monday evening 5 pm, the points will be reflected by Tuesday evening 5 pm.
How do I find out how many DS CLUB points I have?
You can know your points either at any of our stores or you can call us our customer helpline. Also whenever you purchase from our stores, the bill has a separate section at the bottom, which shows the total points accumulated so far and how many points you have collected on that purchase.
